Geely E2 electric hatchback reaches Benelux dealers September 11-12

At Geely dealerships across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, the next small electric hatchback is due to arrive on September 11-12. The E2 will be available to order before then, and Geely’s local sales director, Eris Yahsi, said the first batch may be handed to owners at the same time.

The E2 starts at 19,490 EUR in Belgium and Luxembourg, and at 20,990 EUR in the Netherlands. A limited-time 2,000 EUR discount is currently offered, while the standard prices for the entry E2 Pro are 21,490 EUR in Belgium and Luxembourg and 22,990 EUR in the Netherlands. Max and Ultra versions will cost more.

The compact hatchback uses a 35 kWh battery in E2 Pro form, for 252 km of WLTP range. Max and Ultra versions carry a 47 kWh battery and quote 345 km under WLTP conditions. Geely has not disclosed the Benelux motor specification; in other markets, the car uses a single 85 kW electric motor on the rear axle.

For shoppers, the practical choice is therefore between a lower-priced version with the shorter quoted range and pricier trims with the longer one. The E2 also brings a 375-liter trunk, a 70-liter front trunk, heated seats, a 14.6-inch screen, seven airbags and multi-link rear suspension. The quoted figures come from Geely’s launch information, and no independent road test of the Benelux version has yet been published.

The model arrives with a track record in China. Sold there as the Geely Xingyuan, it became the domestic bestseller in 2025 and recorded 226,465 units handed over to customers so far in 2026, according to China EV DataTracker. In Benelux, the immediate test is simpler: whether this established Chinese-market hatchback can translate its compact format, three trims and scheduled September deliveries into local sales.
