Device Help can change display brightness, battery saver, “Do Not Disturb”, sounds and vibration, as well as network options. The AI is intended to help troubleshoot rapid battery drain, full storage or incorrectly delivered notifications. Users can also ask about the app consuming the most power, storage usage, battery health and app permissions.

Der Test ist allerdings noch eng begrenzt. Device Help scheint derzeit Android 17 und Gemini 3.7 Flash zu benötigen und nur auf dem Pixel 11 Pro verfügbar zu sein. Google will die Funktion längerfristig auf weitere Geräte bringen, hat aber weder den Zeitplan noch die beteiligten Hersteller genannt.
The test is still tightly limited, however. Device Help currently appears to require Android 17 and Gemini 3.7 Flash and to be available only on the Pixel 11 Pro. Google wants to bring the feature to additional devices in the longer term, but has not named either a schedule or the manufacturers involved.
